ANNUAL VACATION MONDAY 25TH-FRIDAY 29th SEPT

All orders made from Friday 22nd 4pm will not be processed until Monday Oct 2nd.

FREE local delivery Min order €10.00- this covers the Island of Cobh only.

Delivery will be made on the day of order if placed before 2pm .

We expect to deliver from 5-7pm. Please state if you require delivery at a different time or day.

No deliveries Sunday

Deliveries on Monday must be pre booked. Please add message to your order to request any special requirements for your delivery.

 

When will you receive your goods?

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24hrs of it being placed. Dispatch notifications will be sent once your order is with our courier An Post. Deliveries should arrive within 3days of dispatch.

Who will deliver your goods?

We use An Post for standard delivery and Fast way for larger orders. We will notify which one used on dispatch

 What to do if you are unhappy with the delivery of your goods.

Email us at Schoolbookscobh@gmail.com stating your full name, address, contact details, date of purchase and the specific problem you had with the delivery.

Correct and professional delivery is critical when ordering over the internet so we will deal with your complaint as soon as we can during normal office hours.

 

About packaging.
All goods are packed to a high standard to ensure they reach you safely and undamaged.

All our goods are packed by our own staff in our store. We reuse packaging from goods received in order to reduce waste.

Failure to delivery.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your order within 4 days of dispatch. Email Schoolbookscobh@gmail.com and we will do our utmost to locate the package and have your goods delivered asap.
